Polycab India reported strong full-year FY26 results with consolidated revenue from operations growing 29% to ₹288,838 million from ₹224,083 million in FY25. Profit after tax increased 32.4% to ₹27,084 million from ₹20,455 million, with EPS at ₹177.53 versus ₹134.34 in the prior year. The Board recommended a dividend of ₹47 per share (470% payout) subject to shareholder approval. Segments showed mixed performance: Wires & Cables grew 33% to ₹255,344 million, FMEG grew 23% to ₹20,693 million, while EPC declined 13% to ₹16,665 million. Auditors B S R & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results. The company also completed the amalgamation of its subsidiary Uniglobus Electricals with appointed date April 1, 2025, and recognized ₹200.64 million impact from new labor codes.
Strong 32% PAT growth and 29% revenue growth indicate robust operational performance. The clean audit and dividend payout signal financial health. However, EPC segment decline and margin compression may concern investors focused on that vertical.
