Promoter and Director Mr. Anand Mahendrabhai Bhuva received 4,41,653 equity shares (7.88%) of Polymechplast Machines Ltd from fellow promoter Mrs. Hansaben Mahendrabhai Bhuva as a gift between immediate relatives on 25th August 2025. No money changed hands — this was an off-market transfer out of natural love and affection, exempt from open offer requirements under SEBI Takeover Regulations. After the transfer, Mr. Anand Bhuva's holding rose from 2.67% (1,49,287 shares) to 10.55% (5,90,940 shares), while Mrs. Hansaben Bhuva's stake moved from 7.88% to 0%.
