CRISIL assigns BBB/Stable rating to Positron bank facilities

CRISIL assigned Positron Energy an initial long-term rating of BBB with a stable outlook and a short-term rating of A3+ for Rs 200 crore of bank facilities. This includes Rs 186 crore of YES Bank and HDFC Bank guarantees and Rs 14 crore of credit and term-loan facilities.
The BBB/Stable rating supports lender confidence and bank funding access, but it is not a recommendation to buy or sell the shares.
