POWERGRID Infrastructure Investment Trust (PGInvIT) has informed the exchanges that a Board meeting of its Investment Manager (POWERGRID Unchahar Transmission Limited) is scheduled for November 4, 2025. The Board will consider unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025, along with the declaration of distribution to unitholders for Q2 FY25-26. The Record Date for eligibility to receive this proposed distribution has been set as Monday, November 10, 2025. The trading window for designated persons remains closed until November 6, 2025, and reopens on November 7, 2025. The actual distribution amount has not yet been disclosed and will be decided at the Board meeting.
