PPAP Automotive's Board, at its May 16, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25 with an unmodified (clean) opinion from auditor T R Chadha & Co LLP. Standalone revenue from operations grew about 6.7% to Rs. 537.64 crore (from Rs. 503.86 crore in FY24), and the company swung to a standalone net profit of Rs. 14.09 crore versus a loss of Rs. 4.67 crore in FY24. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs. 554.01 crore with a net profit of Rs. 7.00 crore, against a loss of Rs. 13.04 crore last year. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 1.5 per equity share (face value Rs. 10), subject to shareholder approval. It also appointed NKJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (FY26–FY30) and allotted 27,236 shares under the ESOP 2022 plan.
The return to profitability, clean audit opinion, and resumption of dividends signal operational improvement and may be viewed positively by shareholders. The dividend payout is modest (~15% on face value), so the main positive driver is the turnaround from loss to profit and steady top-line growth.
