PPAP Automotive filed its Q1FY27 investor presentation. Consolidated revenue rose 34.1 percent year on year to INR 156.4 Cr; EBITDA up 33.3 percent to INR 12.4 Cr; PAT swung to a profit of INR 0.9 Cr from a loss. Standalone revenue grew 29.4 percent to INR 144.2 Cr with PAT of INR 2.3 Cr. Lifetime orders of INR 131 Cr, up 51.8 percent year on year, were split between EV (INR 64 Cr) and ICE (INR 66 Cr). Margins were pressured by raw material costs from Middle East tensions. A new technology partnership with Hutchinson was announced for body sealing systems. Targets include 20 percent plus annual topline growth and 10 percent revenue from aftermarket in 2 to 3 years.
Strong revenue and order momentum are positives, but near-term margin pressure from raw materials remains a watchpoint; the Hutchinson deal expands capabilities.
