Prabha Energy's Q3 FY26 standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs. 134.86 lakhs from Rs. 40.13 lakhs a year ago, over 3x growth. Net profit was Rs. 88.75 lakhs versus a loss of Rs. 23.04 lakhs. For 9M FY26, net profit was Rs. 37.77 lakhs against a loss of Rs. 77.54 lakhs prior year. The company sold its 70 percent stake in subsidiary Deep Natural Resources at Rs. 31.25 premium per share, deconsolidating it. Limited review by Mahendra N. Shah and Co.
Turnaround from losses to profit and sharp revenue growth signal a positive quarter; deconsolidation of subsidiary may affect future comparability.
