Prabhhans Industries Ltd reported standalone audited financial results for FY2026. Revenue from operations grew 16.3% to Rs 10,107.71 lakh from Rs 8,693.58 lakh in FY2025. However, net profit after tax declined significantly by 28% to Rs 163.76 lakh from Rs 227.27 lakh. EPS fell from Rs 3.64 to Rs 2.62. The company reported negative operating cash flow of Rs 463.19 lakh, a sharp deterioration from Rs 78.94 lakh negative in the previous year. Total borrowings increased substantially to Rs 1,141.27 lakh (from Rs 675.57 lakh), while cash reserves dropped to Rs 10.26 lakh from Rs 65.77 lakh. Inventories and trade receivables also rose significantly. The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial statements.
Despite revenue growth, the company faced a sharp profit decline and significant negative operating cash flows, indicating working capital stress. Rising debt and depleting cash reserves could be concerning for shareholders. However, the clean auditor opinion indicates no material misstatement in financial reporting.
