Mr. Satnam Singh, part of the promoter group of Prabhhans Industries Limited, has sold 1,90,537 equity shares (3.05% of paid-up capital) through open market transactions across three dates: 75,000 shares on 04-08-2025 at ₹77.85, 45,000 shares on 25-08-2025 at ₹74.70, and 70,537 shares on 26-08-2025 at ₹77.14 per share. Before the sale, he held 34,85,283 shares (55.78% stake); after the sale, his holding has come down to 32,94,746 shares (52.74%). The company has an equity share capital of ₹6.24 crore divided into 62,48,240 shares of ₹10 each.
