Pradeep Metals reported Q3 FY26 (Dec 2025) standalone revenue of Rs 82.57 crore, up about 12.7% year-on-year, while standalone profit after tax jumped roughly 38.5% to Rs 6.48 crore from Rs 4.68 crore a year ago. For the nine months ended December 2025, standalone revenue grew about 13.3% to Rs 238.26 crore and PAT was Rs 17.53 crore. The Board approved increasing the company's borrowing limit from Rs 180 crore to Rs 350 crore, subject to shareholder approval. It also cleared an investment of up to Rs 250 crore to set up a greenfield manufacturing facility focused on precision-engineered defense components such as artillery shell casings, targeting export opportunities driven by rising European and Indian defense spending.
Sharp Q3 profit growth points to margin expansion and strong operating leverage, which is positive for shareholders. The higher borrowing ceiling and Rs 250 crore defense capex signal an aggressive growth push that could lift future revenues but also raises leverage and execution risk.
