Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Revenue was 1,032 cr, nearly flat vs 1,037 cr a year ago. EBITDA rose to 154 cr with margin expanding to 14.9% from 13.9%. Profit after tax fell to 71 cr from 91 cr because the company moved to the new tax regime, losing section 80-IA exemption. Board proposed appointing SGAJ & Associates as new statutory auditors to replace Chaturvedi and Co LLP after their term ends at the AGM on 30 Sept 2026. Ten officials were also named Senior Management Personnel.
EBITDA margin gain is positive, but lower PAT from tax change may weigh on sentiment. Auditor change is a routine rotation after completing maximum tenure.
