Prakash Pipes Limited has informed the Exchange about the Revised Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in reference to Corporate Announcement submitted by the Company on June 30, 2025

BSE has imposed a fine of Rs. 1,53,400 (inclusive of GST) on Prakash Pipes Limited for alleged non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI LODR Regulations, which pertains to disclosure of related party transactions on a consolidated basis. The company received the notice via email on June 27, 2025. Prakash Pipes is contesting the fine, arguing that the regulation is not applicable because only remuneration was paid to Key Managerial Personnel during the period, with no other related party transactions, and such payments are exempt under the SEBI LODR Third Amendment Regulations, 2024. The company has stated there is no impact on its financial operations or activities and has sought revocation of the fine from BSE.
