Prakash Steelage reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 2,505.89 lakhs, up 30 percent from Rs 1,925.02 lakhs YoY. Half year revenue rose to Rs 4,148.89 lakhs from Rs 3,602 lakhs. Net profit for H1 FY26 was Rs 46.78 lakhs versus Rs 36.22 lakhs in H1 FY25, up 29 percent. Q2 PAT at Rs 8.72 lakhs was lower than Rs 27.73 lakhs last year. Other equity remains negative at minus Rs 818 lakhs. Auditor Pipara and Co LLP gave an unmodified limited review.
Higher revenue and H1 PAT growth are positives, but negative net worth and weak Q2 profit remain investor concerns.
