Q2 FY27 revenue rose 26% year on year and 10% sequentially to Rs 541 crore; H1 revenue rose 23% to Rs 1,031 crore. Gross margin fell to 25.5% from 29.8%, operating profit before depreciation dropped to Rs 12.9 crore, and profit after tax was a Rs 2.5 crore loss. Palm oil, potato, fuel and logistics inflation pressured margins. Management expects double-digit FY27 revenue growth and over 1.5% margin uplift from an Indore plant in 15–18 months.
Revenue growth is offset by lower margins and a quarterly loss, which may weigh on sentiment. Cost savings and the new plant could aid profit recovery.
