Praveg reported Q2 FY27 consolidated income of ₹44.25 crore, up 16.9% year on year, but EBITDA was negative ₹2.94 crore and net loss widened to ₹20.13 crore from ₹9.22 crore. H1 income was ₹90.46 crore and net loss ₹33.37 crore. Q2 is seasonally weak; management expects a peak H2. The 100-room Thinnakara resort started operations. Four properties with 207 rooms are in the pipeline, and the 2030 goal is 2,000 rooms across 50 locations.
Revenue growth and new-room openings support the outlook, but widening losses and negative EBITDA may pressure the stock until margins recover.
