Board approved Q2/H1 FY26 results. Standalone revenue fell about 16% YoY to Rs 140.47 cr. PAT swung to a loss of Rs 42.65 cr in Q2 and Rs 17.02 cr in H1, hit by a Rs 57.76 cr impairment on its German step-down subsidiary MFT Motoren, which entered insolvency. Consolidated PAT was Rs 13.16 cr in Q2 on Rs 198.18 cr revenue. MFT was de-consolidated from Sept 8, 2025.
One-time subsidiary impairment drove standalone losses; core operations remain profitable. De-consolidation cleans up group structure going ahead.
