Revised promoter disclosure shows DP pledge of 21,882 shares

Premier Polyfilm promoter group filed a revised yearly disclosure under SEBI SAST rules for FY ending 31 March 2026. The revision discloses that 21,882 shares held by promoter group firm D L Millar & Co Ltd were pledged by the depository participant due to a margin shortfall from a March 25, 2026 share purchase. Total promoter and promoter group holding remains unchanged at 7.29 crore equity shares, equal to 69.62 percent of total share capital. The pledged shares are about 0.03 percent of promoter holdings and were missed in the earlier April 4 filing.
