Narayana Hrudayalaya reported its highest-ever quarterly and annual consolidated revenue and profitability. Q4 FY25 consolidated revenue rose 18.4% YoY to ₹14,754 million, with EBITDA up 22.2% to ₹3,846 million (margin expanding to 26.1% from 25.3%). FY25 consolidated revenue grew 12.1% to ₹54,830 million and EBITDA grew 11.9% to ₹13,684 million, though full-year PAT was nearly flat at ₹7,898 million (up just 0.5%), with PAT margin slipping from 16.1% to 14.4%. The Cayman (HCCI) business was the standout, posting 50.2% YoY revenue growth in Q4, while India revenue grew a steady 10.7%. Net debt to equity remained healthy at 0.15. Management will host a conference call on May 27, 2025.
Strong topline and EBITDA momentum, especially from the Cayman unit, is positive, but the sharp slowdown in PAT growth (despite revenue rising 12%) and contracting PAT margin suggest rising costs or higher tax/depreciation are eating into bottom-line gains, which investors may flag on the call.
