Pricol Q1 FY27 standalone revenue from operations rose 24.8 percent YoY to Rs 829.97 cr. Standalone PAT grew 26.2 percent to Rs 49.43 cr from Rs 39.17 cr. Consolidated revenue up 23.5 percent to Rs 1,083.58 cr with PAT of Rs 67.02 cr (up 34.3 percent). Standalone EPS at Rs 4.05 versus Rs 3.21. Auditor Sundaram and Srinivasan issued an unmodified limited review. Board also approved a demerger of the Driver Information and Connected Vehicle Solutions business into newly incorporated Pricol Autotech Limited.
Strong double-digit growth in both standalone and consolidated revenue and profit. New auditor and proposed demerger add structural changes to watch.
