Prima Plastics Ltd reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY25 with an unmodified auditor opinion from CNK & Associates LLP. On a consolidated basis, full-year revenue from operations grew modestly to ₹193.67 crore (from ₹184.14 crore in FY24), while profit attributable to owners rose to ₹21.80 crore (from ₹21.04 crore). On a standalone basis, revenue grew to ₹131.98 crore (from ₹119.26 crore) and net profit increased to ₹4.19 crore (from ₹3.81 crore). The Board recommended a final dividend of 20% (₹2 per share) subject to shareholder approval. The company also received no adverse observations from BSE on its Rotational Moulding Business demerger scheme (filed with NCLT on April 29, 2025), with no impact on FY25 results.
Steady operational performance with modest revenue and profit growth on both consolidated and standalone basis. The dividend of ₹2/share offers a return to shareholders, while the demerger of the Rotational Moulding Business into a wholly owned subsidiary (Prima Innovation Ltd) could unlock value if NCLT approval is received. Note that standalone operating cash flow turned negative, which is a mild concern.
