On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Other Agricultural Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed Prime Fresh Limited's long-term rating at CRISIL BBB with a Stable outlook for total rated bank facilities of Rs 100 crore. These include Rs 40 crore cash credit, Rs 42.22 crore term loans and Rs 17.78 crore proposed fund-based limits. The rating letter is valid until March 31, 2027.
The unchanged rating and stable outlook support lender confidence and debt repayment perceptions, but may have only a limited immediate effect on the share price.
