Prime Fresh Limited's Board met on November 14, 2025 and approved its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 FY26 and the half-year ended September 30, 2025. On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations grew to Rs. 11,974.90 lakhs in H1 FY26 from Rs. 9,797.97 lakhs in H1 FY25 (about 22% growth), while net profit rose to Rs. 600.73 lakhs from Rs. 552.88 lakhs. Standalone revenue rose to Rs. 10,515.26 lakhs (H1) and standalone Q2 net profit jumped to Rs. 267.78 lakhs versus Rs. 208.64 lakhs a year earlier (~28% growth). The Board also noted an administrative warning letter received from SEBI and has asked the Compliance Officer to strengthen internal monitoring for timely and accurate disclosures.
The results show healthy revenue and profit growth on a consolidated basis, which is positive for shareholders, but the SEBI warning letter and the auditor's emphasis-of-matter notes around migration from SME to Main Board and Ind AS adoption warrant attention. The newly approved wholly owned subsidiary (Prime Fresh CDP Private Limited) and a small investment of up to Rs. 50 lakhs in Poonaagrocart LLP are minor expansion steps and unlikely to move the stock materially in the short term.
