Prime Securities posted Q3 FY26 consolidated results. 9M FY26 fee income rose to Rs 9,834 lakhs (up 42.5% YoY) from Rs 6,901 lakhs, with total income crossing Rs 100 Cr for the first time. However, 9M PAT fell about 30% to Rs 2,635 lakhs as expenses more than doubled to Rs 8,354 lakhs on wealth management buildout. Headcount grew from 42 to 120. Auditor flagged emphasis of matter on a Rs 2,795 lakhs receivable under CIRP at subsidiary PRAL and deferred tax assets recognition.
Strong revenue growth from expansion, but higher costs from the Prime Trigen Wealth buildout have pressured near-term profitability.
