Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated revenue crossed INR 100 Cr for the first time. 9-month fee income rose to INR 9,834 lakhs (vs INR 6,901 lakhs YoY), but PAT fell to INR 2,635 lakhs (vs INR 3,750 lakhs) as expenses doubled. Standalone Q3 PAT was INR 415 lakhs vs INR 613 lakhs. New wealth arm Prime Trigen added INR 12-13 Cr of quarterly costs. Auditor flagged Rs 2,795 lakhs PRAL receivable now in NCLT and deferred tax assets dependent on future profits.
Mixed: strong top-line growth and new wealth franchise, but profit under pressure from rising costs and receivable uncertainty in subsidiary.
