The board approved unaudited Q2 and first-half results for September 30, 2025. Q2 revenue was Rs 594.6 crore, down 4.4% year on year, but net profit held at Rs 14.6 crore despite lower costs. First-half revenue fell 4.2% to Rs 1,175.0 crore and net profit fell 50.6% to Rs 19.5 crore. It included a Rs 4.46 crore earlier-period staff incentive write-back. The review found no material issue; cash from operations rose to Rs 199.7 crore.
The 51% first-half net profit fall may pressure the stock; a write-back aided half-year profit, while flat Q2 earnings and cash flow offer support.
