On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than its Cement & Cement Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 8.3% year on year to ₹1,874 crore and EBITDA rose 4.3% to ₹194 crore. Profit before tax and one-off items rose to ₹57.3 crore from ₹14.8 crore. H and R Johnson EBITDA jumped 87.5% to ₹79.2 crore, with margin at 11.5%. Effective net debt fell to ₹467 crore from ₹888 crore in March after the ₹325.87 crore RQBE sale.
Positive for the stock as HRJ margins and debt improved, but cement input costs and RMC margin pressure may limit gains.
