Privi Speciality Chemicals' Board approved audited FY2026 results showing standalone revenue of Rs. 2,45,553 lakhs, up 20.5% from Rs. 2,03,834 lakhs in FY2025. Standalone net profit grew to Rs. 29,312 lakhs from Rs. 25,387 lakhs. However, consolidated net profit after tax (attributable to owners) declined significantly to Rs. 12,383 lakhs from Rs. 28,111 lakhs, due to Rs. 3,586 lakhs net loss in subsidiaries. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 10 per share (100% on face value Rs. 10) totaling Rs. 3,906 lakhs, payable after shareholder approval at the August 7, 2026 AGM. Statutory auditors BSR & Co. LLP issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Strong standalone performance with revenue and profit growth is positive for the stock. However, the significant decline in consolidated profit due to subsidiary losses may concern investors focused on group-level performance. The dividend yield of approximately 1.3% at current prices provides income support.
