Pro Clb Global Ltd has informed BSE that new promoters Mr. Amrit Nirmal Chamaria and Mr. Niraj Nirmal Chamaria have acquired 24.20% equity shares from the old promoters under a Share Purchase Agreement dated September 4, 2024. A further 9.19% is still in the process of being transferred, taking the total agreed deal to 33.39%. SEBI had approved the Open Offer for this acquisition on January 9, 2025. With this change, the new promoters now form the promoter group of the company. The acquisition was triggered via a takeover-style route, not through open market creeping purchases.
