P&G Health reported Q1 FY27 revenue of about 36,371 lakhs, up marginally from 35,874 lakhs a year earlier. Net profit rose around 26 percent to 9,615 lakhs, lifted by a one-time gain of 3,181 lakhs from the sale of its Worli office property. Excluding this exceptional item, underlying profit before tax actually fell to 9,731 lakhs from 11,181 lakhs. Statutory auditor Haribhakti issued an unmodified limited review report.
Headline earnings boosted by a one-off property sale. Underlying profit dipped YoY, so watch for margin trends in coming quarters.
