Procter & Gamble Health has re-submitted its audited financial results for the 9-month period ended March 31, 2025, after changing its financial year-end from June 30 to March 31. Q4 revenue from operations rose about 23% year-on-year to Rs. 31,099 lakhs, while Q4 net profit jumped about 31% to Rs. 6,118 lakhs. For the full 9-month period, revenue grew nearly 8% to Rs. 93,417 lakhs and net profit rose about 27% to Rs. 23,441 lakhs. The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 45 per share (totalling about Rs. 7,469 lakhs), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor Haribhakti & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, and the company continues to be debt-free with healthy cash balances of Rs. 18,227 lakhs.
Strong double-digit growth in Q4 revenue and profit, combined with a healthy dividend, is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. Year-on-year comparisons should be read with caution because the current period is a transitional 9-month financial year rather than a full 12 months.
