Promoter Pitchandi Chellamani has sold his entire holding of 20,59,300 equity shares (40.78 percent of paid-up capital) in Senthil Infotek Ltd on 30 September 2026 via off-market route. Post-sale, his holding stands at zero. Total share capital of the company remains unchanged at 50,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. This is a complete exit by the promoter.
