Promoter Shaju Thomas of Koiya International bought shares in the open market on June 15, 2026, lifting his holding from 5.81 percent (3,50,000 shares) to 10.53 percent (6,33,926 shares). That is an addition of about 2,83,926 shares (around 4.72 percent), taking him past the 10 percent disclosure mark.
