Promoters sell 59.5% stake in ECS Biztech, holding drops to 5.92%

Promoters Vijay Mandora and Seema Mandora sold 1,22,30,916 shares (59.50%) of ECS Biztech through an off-market Share Purchase Agreement dated July 29, 2026. Buyers were Rakesh Ramanlal Shah (1.15 crore shares) and Komal Infotech Pvt Ltd (7.3 lakh shares). Promoter group holding fell sharply from 65.42% to 5.92%, signaling a near-complete change of control.
