The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, has pronounced an order on May 7, 2026, sanctioning the Composite Scheme of Arrangement involving Sir Shadi Lal Enterprises Ltd, Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd, and Triveni Power Transmission Ltd.
