Prospect Consumer Products reported a strong first half of FY26 with revenue from operations rising to Rs 2,963.36 lakhs, more than doubling from Rs 1,315.46 lakhs in the same period last year (~125% growth). Total income stood at Rs 2,968.73 lakhs. Profit before tax grew to Rs 276.59 lakhs (vs Rs 140.79 lakhs), and net profit (PAT) climbed to Rs 206.29 lakhs from Rs 110.38 lakhs, an increase of about 87%. Basic EPS improved to Rs 3.81 from Rs 2.25. The balance sheet expanded to Rs 4,314.58 lakhs, with notable increases in trade receivables (Rs 1,427.50 lakhs) and inventories (Rs 1,495.70 lakhs). During the period, 212,840 warrants were converted into equity shares at Rs 4 per share. The statutory auditor (C.R. Sharedalal & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signal robust business expansion; however, negative operating cash flow of Rs 139.48 lakhs and rising receivables and inventory warrant monitoring on working-capital health. Short-term and long-term borrowings have grown sharply, increasing leverage.
