Prostarm Info Systems reported Q3 FY26 results, with standalone revenue from operations jumping to ₹15,934.48 lakhs, up 110.8% from ₹7,558.61 lakhs in the year-ago quarter. Standalone profit after tax also more than doubled to ₹1,596.47 lakhs (from ₹779.15 lakhs), taking quarterly EPS to ₹2.88 versus ₹1.82. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue was ₹27,493.27 lakhs and PAT was ₹2,598.22 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, which includes three subsidiaries, Q3 revenue was ₹16,048.50 lakhs and PAT was ₹1,491.22 lakhs. The statutory auditor (Mansaka Ravi & Associates) issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion on both the standalone and consolidated numbers.
The sharp YoY jump in Q3 revenue and profits, along with nearly doubled EPS, is a positive signal for shareholders and may support the stock. However, the EBITDA margin slipped modestly in Q3, with cost of materials and stock-in-trade purchases rising sharply, which investors should watch.
