Prostarm Info Systems Limited has submitted its first set of audited financial results post its IPO listing on NSE and BSE on June 3, 2025. For FY25, standalone revenue from operations grew about 35% to Rs. 34,588.57 lakhs from Rs. 25,598.68 lakhs, while profit after tax rose roughly 27% to Rs. 3,051.33 lakhs from Rs. 2,395.84 lakhs. Consolidated FY25 revenue came in at Rs. 35,064.67 lakhs (up about 36% YoY) with PAT of Rs. 2,885.18 lakhs. EPS for FY25 stood at Rs. 7.12 on a standalone basis versus Rs. 5.59 last year. The statutory auditor, Mansaka Ravi & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both the standalone and consolidated results. However, the company's operating cash flow was negative for the year on both standalone (-Rs. 571.13 lakhs) and consolidated (-Rs. 546.23 lakhs) bases, largely due to a sharp rise in trade receivables and other assets.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth in the first year as a listed company is a positive for shareholders, but the mismatch between rising profits and negative operating cash flow signals that working capital, especially receivables, is tying up cash and is worth tracking closely in coming quarters.
