Protean eGov Technologies reported standalone revenue of Rs 996.43 Crore for FY26, up 18.4% from Rs 841.37 Crore in FY25. Standalone PAT grew marginally to Rs 94.32 Crore from Rs 92.58 Crore. Q4 standalone revenue was Rs 308.55 Crore (up 37.9% YoY), with Q4 PAT at Rs 19.96 Crore. Consolidated revenue was Rs 997.75 Crore with PAT of Rs 100.59 Crore. The company completed a demerger of its GRC and SOC businesses from subsidiary Protean Infosec Services Limited, with previous year figures restated. New labour codes resulted in a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 4.70 Crore. The board recommended a dividend of Rs 10 per share.
Revenue growth of ~18% is solid but PAT growth is modest at ~2% standalone due to higher costs. EBITDA margins appear compressed. The stock could see mixed reaction given revenue beat but margin concerns.
