Protean eGov reported Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 249.50 Cr, up 18.8% YoY from Rs 209.98 Cr. PAT was nearly flat at Rs 26.20 Cr vs Rs 26.50 Cr. H1 FY26 revenue grew 10.5% to Rs 459.48 Cr with PAT at Rs 52.70 Cr. System support costs surged, squeezing margins. Operating cashflow turned negative at minus Rs 47.71 Cr in H1 due to a sharp rise in receivables, vs positive Rs 74.93 Cr last year. Auditors gave an unqualified review report.
Revenue growth is healthy but margin pressure and negative operating cashflow from rising receivables are key concerns for shareholders.
