Provisional attachment of subsidiary shares confirmed for about Rs 1,575 crore

The PMLA Adjudicating Authority has confirmed provisional attachment of Reliance Infrastructure shareholding in three subsidiaries - BSES Yamuna Power, BSES Rajdhani Power, and Mumbai Metro One Private Limited - for about Rs 1,575 crore. This relates to alleged PMLA violations during 2017-2019. The order confirms a provisional order from January 28, 2026. The company will file an appeal.
