On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts more than its Real Estate related services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results on November 12. Consolidated revenue Rs 8,442 lakhs in H1 up about 4 percent year on year. Consolidated net profit Rs 720 lakhs versus a loss of Rs 529 lakhs in H1 FY25. Standalone weaker: revenue Rs 437 lakhs down about 10 percent and PAT Rs 55 lakhs down about 75 percent year on year. Standalone operating cash flow used was Rs 284 lakhs. Auditors flagged two concerns: MCA rejected Deputy MD re-appointment and Rs 682 lakhs in pay under review. Subsidiary Hagwood faces aviation NOC cancellation risk with Rs 6,818 lakhs of inventory at stake for floors 12 to 14.
Consolidated turnaround is positive, but standalone weakness, MCA order on Director pay and Nagpur tower NOC risk remain key overhangs.
