On the reaction day the stock moved 1.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts more than its Real Estate related services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved Q2 and H1 FY26 unaudited results (ended Sept 30, 2025). Consolidated revenue from operations was Rs 4,618.77 lakhs versus Rs 4,885.72 lakhs last year. Consolidated net profit jumped to Rs 341.92 lakhs from Rs 39.41 lakhs; H1 profit of Rs 720.18 lakhs reversed a prior year loss of Rs 529.09 lakhs. EPS at Rs 0.10. Auditors flagged two emphasis matters: Rs 682 lakhs of director remuneration at risk after MCA rejected re-appointment, and a subsidiary NOC dispute putting Rs 6,818 lakhs of inventory under cloud.
Higher consolidated profit is positive, but two emphasis items and a pending subsidiary NOC case create an overhang on earnings and asset value.
