Q2 FY27 assets under management rose 8% sequentially and 21% year on year to INR1.43 lakh crore. Operating revenue grew 11.8% sequentially and operating profit rose 15.4%, lifting margin to 26.4%. First-half profit after tax rose 39.1% to INR146.5 crore. Quarterly profit after tax fell 4.1% to INR71.7 crore due to lower treasury income. Proposed insurance commission rules could hurt a business contributing about 12% of profit.
Strong operating growth supports sentiment, but lower treasury gains and possible insurance commission cuts may limit near-term earnings.
