NCLT Mumbai Bench has admitted an insolvency petition filed by Golden Medows Export Private Limited against PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code. The company defaulted on an Inter Corporate Deposit of Rs. 2.9 crore (principal) plus Rs. 20 lakh interest, totaling Rs. 3.10 crore as of September 2025. The default date is June 21, 2025. Mr. Rajneesh Kumar Aggarwal has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). The NCLT has declared a moratorium under Section 14, prohibiting legal suits, asset transfers, and recovery actions against the company. Management control now vests with the IRP.
This is a highly negative development for shareholders. The company has entered Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, management control has shifted to the IRP, and a moratorium has been imposed. The stock is likely to be suspended from trading or face significant price decline.
