PSP Projects announced its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results, showing a sharp deterioration in performance. Standalone revenue from operations fell ~16% YoY to Rs. 51,276 lakh (from Rs. 61,189 lakh in Q1 FY25), while net profit collapsed ~99.4% to just Rs. 18.93 lakh (from Rs. 3,428 lakh). Consolidated revenue declined ~17% YoY to Rs. 51,776 lakh and consolidated net profit dropped ~99% to Rs. 42.34 lakh. PBT margin compressed dramatically to near-zero (0.08% standalone vs 7.7% in Q1 FY25). The board also fixed the 17th AGM for September 27, 2025 via video conferencing, re-appointed K V M & Co. as cost auditors for FY 2025-26, and appointed Chirag Shah and Associates as secretarial auditor for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditors issued a clean, unmodified limited review report on the results.
The steep fall in both revenue and profit reflects significant operational headwinds and severe margin compression, which is likely to weigh negatively on the stock in the near term. Shareholders should brace for a weak quarter with the company barely breaking even on a standalone basis.
