PTC India reported strong Q4 performance with trading volume growing 24% to 23,572 MUs and total operating margin up 29% to Rs 104.02 Crores. For the full year FY25-26, trading volume increased 12% to 92,802 MUs while total operating margin rose 2% to Rs 408 Crores. Consolidated PAT from continued operations declined to Rs 717.44 Crores from Rs 853.73 Crores in FY24-25, though this comparison is skewed as the prior year included a Rs 241.72 Crores one-time gain from PEL divestment. The company announced a final dividend of Rs 5.50 per share, bringing total dividend to Rs 8.50 per share including interim dividend.
Trading volume growth of 24% in Q4 demonstrates strong business momentum, though the year-over-year PAT comparison is distorted by a one-time divestment gain in the prior year; the underlying business shows healthy volume growth but limited margin expansion for the full year.
