PTC India board declared an interim dividend of Rs 23 per share (230%) for FY27, with record date August 10, 2026. Q1 standalone revenue rose to Rs 4,670 cr from Rs 3,867 cr year-on-year, but net profit fell to Rs 70.7 cr from Rs 104.8 cr. Consolidated net profit dropped to Rs 112 cr from Rs 243 cr. A Rs 17.37 cr provision was made for an APTEL order on Late Payment Surcharge under a PPA.
Shareholders on record as of August 10 will receive Rs 23 per share. Weak Q1 profits and APTEL-related provisioning may pressure sentiment despite dividend.
