Q1 FY27 standalone revenue rose 20.7% YoY to Rs 4,670 crore but net profit fell 32.5% to Rs 70.7 crore, hit by higher purchase costs and an Rs 17.4 crore provision for an APTEL order on late payment surcharge. Consolidated PAT dropped about 54% YoY to Rs 112 crore. Board declared a 230 percent interim dividend of Rs 23 per share. Subsidiary PFS fell short of the 75 percent exposure threshold for NBFC-IFC classification; RBI granted relief with compliance deadline of September 30, 2026. Auditor T R Chadha and Co issued an unmodified review report.
Mixed: strong topline growth offset by sharp profit fall and new provisioning, dividend support intact, subsidiary regulatory overhang lingers.
