PTC India Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026): Standalone revenue from operations rose 20.7% YoY to Rs 4,670 crore, but net profit fell about 33% to Rs 70.7 crore due to much lower surcharge income (Rs 8.5 crore vs Rs 61.4 crore). Consolidated revenue grew 19% to Rs 4,774 crore with net profit of Rs 112 crore, down 54% YoY. PBT margin compressed sharply. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 23 per share. Record date is August 10, 2026. A provision of Rs 17.37 crore was made for an APTEL order.
Revenue growth is positive, but sharp PAT decline and compressed margins may weigh on the stock. Interim dividend of Rs 23 per share is supportive for investors.
