PTC Industries reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 19,179.75 lakhs, up about 97% from Rs 9,714.63 lakhs YoY. Consolidated PAT jumped to Rs 2,919.27 lakhs from Rs 515.56 lakhs YoY. Standalone revenue rose to Rs 11,317.33 lakhs but standalone PAT fell to Rs 518.96 lakhs from Rs 818.11 lakhs YoY. Board also appointed Aman Malviya and Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26-27. Auditor gave unmodified opinion.
Strong consolidated growth driven by subsidiaries; standalone PAT weakness and related-party loan to subsidiary worth noting.
